Abstract:

Here are collected the papers presented at the international seminars “The implementation of the directive 2014/23/EU: the European perspective”, organised by the section of Administrative Law of the Law Department at the University of Brescia and by the Section of Administrative Law of the Department of Administrative and Procedural Law at the University of Barcelona. Professor Vera Parisio (Full Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Brescia) and Professor Vicenç Aguado i Cudolà (Full Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Barcelona) were in charge of the scientific direction of the seminars.
The academic events, held at the Law Department of the University of Brescia from 31 May until 1 June 2017, were addressed to the Business and Law PhD candidates as well as to the Law Department students.
The series of seminars were aimed at examining in depth the implementation of Directive 2014/23/EU in some European countries, in order to highlight the similarities and differences. The countries (Italy, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Romania) analysed in the following papers are very different and this represents and will represent a point of further interest. The papers, written by authors coming from different European Universities, are published in English, the language in which they were presented. They contribute to the extension of the research activity carried out by Professor Vera
Parisio at the Law Department of the University of Brescia.
