The Author focuses his speech on the new challenges of public service broadcasting, calling for the introduction of a level playing field between the different operators of audiovisual media services, and highlighting their progressive assimilation with the companies “company data”. The process of public value tests would have to take account of the new changes that affect the cultural content industries
