Abstract:
The Author shortly analyses the process of implementation of the directive 2014/23 EU as explained in the papers presented at the seminars held at the University of Brescia. He points out that the main challenge faced by the member states in implementing the directive is to find a balance between guaranteeing the fundamental freedoms of European Union law and following competition rules.
